Developer agreement
This agreement applies when you create a listing on appmarket.org. It adds to the terms of service.
Your code and rights
- You keep ownership of your code. You confirm you have the right to publish it and to license it as the listing states.
- Each listing declares a license (an SPDX identifier). Buyers use your app under that license.
What you allow us to do
To run the marketplace you grant [Legal entity name] a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- store your repository and release files, and serve them to buyers (clone, download and deploy);
- show your listing details, README and screenshots, including in search results;
- build the published version and deploy it into a buyer's own Cloudflare account when the buyer asks us to.
This license ends when you remove the listing, except for copies buyers already obtained and for records we must keep.
Review and removal
- Every version is reviewed before it is published. We may request changes, unpublish or remove listings that break the content policy or the law, and we tell you why in the listing history.
- Published versions are pinned to the commit we reviewed.
Your responsibilities
- Keep secrets out of your repository and releases.
- Respond to security reports about your app and publish fixes as new versions.
- Releases must match the source of the version they are attached to.
Paid listings
Paid listings are not available yet. Terms for payments and payouts will be added before they launch.
